Mission

The mission of the Olive Branch Information Technology Department is to provide the most effective and economical technological support to all City departments so that they may, in turn, provide the best service to the citizens of the City of Olive Branch.

Responsibilities

The Information Technology Department is responsible for providing technical support to the City, including computer and communications systems, as well as the software systems that operate within them. Additionally, the IT Department also operates and maintains security surveillance, access control, and audio-visual systems.

City Employees - Need Help?

City employees can contact the IT Help Desk to request assistance on problems with IT equipment or software by calling 662-892-9250, or by sending an email to the IT Help Desk.  IT Help Desk is available during normal City business hours (M-F 8am-5pm).

For after-hours, weekend, or Holiday support, an on-call resource will return your call or respond to your email.  If your call is not answered, please leave a good phone number on your voice mail message for IT Help Desk to call you back.
