Human Resources is a part of the Administrative Services Division and manages all aspects of the City's personnel function, including new employment, testing, disciplinary actions, grievances, terminations, unemployment, workers compensation, family medical leave, insurance and benefit programs including medical, dental, vision, group life, and employee retirement.
