There's a lot of construction and development happening across the City of Olive Branch in 2025. In Government, we use the term to Notice to Proceed as a formality that authorization has been issued by the City to a contractor to submit a bid, design/develop a plan, or begin construction or road work. Many of these plans begin years in advance before dirt work or infrastructure starts. To help our residents be aware of active construction or possible road work, the City has developed a Notice to proceed page on our website.
