From its beginnings as an early 19th-century settlement, Olive Branch has become one of the fastest-growing communities in the south. Olive Branch has been recognized as one of the best places to live near a large city in 2022.

City Government
The government of Olive Branch is based on a Mayor-Board of Aldermen structure. The Board consists of five members. One each being elected from the six wards of the City and one at large. Two meetings are held each month at 6:00pm on the first and third Tuesdays at the Municipal Court building. Ken Adams is the Mayor of Olive Branch and welcomes your comments by calling 662-892-9200.
